Been going there for 35+ years, back to when it was First Federal Savings & Loan.
Amazing staff as everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I love how secure I feel with my money as my account was used by someone else only twice before it was dealt with, and the rest of my money was saved. I love webster bank.
If you need customer service on a Saturday you will have to wait until Monday. Unfortunately, no one will answer your call even though the website states the bank is open until 1pm.
