So slow, always have to wait.
Not this specific location just Webster in general is horrible. This is the second time I have had problems with a new card and they claim to have sent my new Mastercard because they switched over from visa and I never got it. I called and they said they sent out a new one and here I am over a month without a debit card because they deactivated my Visa card after 3 different people at the Webster call center said IT WOULD NOT BE DEACTIVATED until I GET the new card and activate it. I never have a good experience at this branch. The tellers are always so rude and not helpful. Also this branch has the most inconvenient hours of operation.
