I was recently at Webster square branch. I had the privilege to meet a teller for the first time, she was very helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable!! Would definitely give her 5stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not sure if i could give her name, initials are R.O.!!
This location i use the most in town. I like the setup the Drive up ATM . Today i made a deposit at the ATM with the wind took some cashout of my hand .I lost it but chatted with a staff member and they were wonderfully supported and i wish i knew her name to give her todays credit . They seem the most consistant .

Fantastic service everytime I have been there. The employees provide a inviting atmosphere, the manager clearly cares for the customer and staff. I have my go-to employees that help me but even when I have had someone different they have treated me great. I feel like I am friends with all of them. I have been a Webster Bank customer for 29 years. I love that they follow procedures, in this day in age these ID checks are what save us, the customer, from having our money taken from us.
