AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Refused to cash check from an 80yo woman because she wrote Eddie instead of Edward. Wouldn't have a problem with the logic accept she s been writing these checks for me over a year and I've been showing the same ID for the duration of that time. Guess I chose the wrong branch or was the wrong color. 10/25 @ 5:45p.
This banks ATM was not working correctly for over 2 days recently 7-27-24. After not distributing money. I was told “we don’t own the ATM”. Went back and hour later and watched another person try to take money out of their ATM and it didn’t distribute money again. Seems as though this bank and its management could use additional training In customer service. Or at least a printer to type up an out of order sign Btw still charged Webster bank “fee” to withdrawal money.
The staff at the webster mill branch need more nap time I guess because the temper tantrums/ immaturity that they display reflect that....NOTT ALL OF THEM....BUT MOST OF EM...REALL PROFESSIONAL LET ME TELL YOU
