I've only been here 2x on separate days to use the ATM and both times not working. What is wrong with your bank??
This bank is horrible. I made a deposit at the drive up ATM and the machine ate my cash. Gave me an error message and didn’t return a receipt and the cash was never put into my account. The branch manager and card holder self service number told me it would take a month for the investigation and I have to wait until then to “potentially” get a credit for the money I put into the ATM. Do not use this bank and especially this ATM if you can avoid it.
Awful experience here.
