Worst bank. I had an appointment scheduled but they tell me I don’t. These people can’t even schedule an appointment and you trust them with your money?

I've only been here 2x on separate days to use the ATM and both times not working. What is wrong with your bank??
This bank is horrible. I made a deposit at the drive up ATM and the machine ate my cash. Gave me an error message and didn’t return a receipt and the cash was never put into my account. The branch manager and card holder self service number told me it would take a month for the investigation and I have to wait until then to “potentially” get a credit for the money I put into the ATM. Do not use this bank and especially this ATM if you can avoid it.
Awful experience here.
