I'm updating this review as of February 2025. They have moved to a building in the same shopping center, but have no drive thru, which was convenient for a lot of customers. The people are friendly and greet you when you walk in, and are helpful if you have any questions. On the phone, they need to ask more security questions to protect your accounts. This location is very pleasant. I haven't updated this review in a while. It's now, January 2024. They have moved to a building in the same shopping center but have no drive thru, which was convenient for a lot of customers. From the moment I enter the bank, I am greeted by the teller or the bank manager. I have never had that type of customer service in any bank. When most tellers are hidden behind a screen, yours are out there with a smile and a lending hand. Thank you. Please never change. Many institutions are missing the personal touch and compassion - something we need back!
