This branch of Webster is a disgrace. Tellers are disinterested with in person transactions and are borderline rude. The way they interact with the elderly is horrendous! The manager Kelly is easily distracted and does not inform you of the most basic items, you need to know when conducting business. Just awful. We will never return to the Branford branch.
The manager, Kelly Matthews, is the worst. She insisted that she gave my ID back but she had left it on the scanner. Her attitude was appalling, she needs to go, do NOT bank here, drive to another town before coming to this location.
Had to cash a check here just once. No one greeted when I came in. The first lady overlooked me and told another gentleman where to go and just left me there. Once he was done, the other worker took me to work with me. He was polite and professional. The vibe is gloomy, as no one wants to be there. I understand its a bank, but if there are only two customers in there, you should at least smile and seem like you want to help. Not a positive atmosphere. Clean and organized.
