I am seriously considering closing my account with Webster Bank after years of relying on this branch as my sole access to in-person banking. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me feeling humiliated and disrespected by some of the most judgmental and unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered in any customer service setting. Wonderful staff , always welcoming , ready to help with all our banking needs. Great customer service for checking ,savings ,and loans - we have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem that they couldn’t handle over the phone or on site - my choice . Hope to be with them another 10 years ! GO WEBSTER !!!!
