place was terrible and the workers are terrible have no common courtesy whatsoever
The woman who is at the atm drive through is just so rude, not knowledgeable and has no customer service!!! I tried to deposit 2k into my business bank account and she did not want to count my money said I needed to recount it myself and confirm the amount before depositing, I also provided my business card and she wanted my ID. Never had I have to provide ID for deposits other than my card. The African American woman with braids ALWAYS give me a hard time. I will be changing my bank
The slowest bank. There are 5 people working only 2 help people. I wait in line for more than 5 minutes and there are only two other customers. The only reason I go there is because my husband has an account there I have been talking with him to change banks aside from them being slow they over charge on fees. When we go on vacation if he takes money out of the bank they sometimes charge a fee if 3 dollars there have been times they charged 9 dollars on one transaction. I have told him for years Webster is a horrible bank
