Great customer service! Sm branch right off the i-95 exit in Old Lyme. Theres a drive-through for svs or ATM if needed. They all know your name, no continuous staff turnover as ive experienced for yrs in central CT which seemed to keep skeletal crew & floaters who didnt know you. When i bank, i like folks to know my accounts & self.

We had an issue that had to be resolved and Chris Fraulo couldn't have been more helpful or wonderful to work with. So thankful for this branch and Chris as bank manager!
Wonderful branch to work with. The staff is meager (as is the norm these days) but this branch does whatever they can to accommodate their customers. They are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We appreciate their hard work and hope that those in corporate do to!
