I banked with Webster for over 5 years, and am in the process of removing every penny from my accounts and going anywhere else. Their Essex and Saybrook location went under a change in management and has turned into an absolute mess. I waited an entire month for a new card while the staff were less than helpful. I waited a month for a new card while I got behind on bills, memberships, subscriptions, and couldn’t even download a free app. I have still not received the card even after pleading with the employees several times ... read more
