Bank President was rude and completely unaware he was being rude . Ive banked with Webster for over 10 yrs no more after this experience. It was like he had no customer service training.
The staff including Jeanne, Niro, Latoya, and Kevin who have helped me and my family over the past few weeks have been extremely friendly and helpful. This team has gone way above and beyond, and their deep care for their customers clearly shows. (5/5 stars)

The European lady with an accent at one of the back desks set me up with a debit account that I didn't want and never used. I was getting penalties for not having enough funds in the debit account. Closed down that account but then I started getting penalties in my savings account. Withdrew my money and closed out all my accounts. Lost $100 for no reason.
If you have any accounts with this bank and ardsly hat used to be Sterling get it out they are the worst they have no people working there they are no help Was waiting around for 45 minutes and nobody helped me whatsoever
