I will be closing my accounts here. This is one of the most incompetent and rude group of people working in the banking industry with an extremely ordinary IT infrastructure.
This location needs training in integrity and transparency. Only giving a 3 star because only 1 employee was actually helpful and his name was Carlos. I greatly appreciated his customer service and following up with me when he said he would. The possible manager (Pablo) on the other hand could use a class in transparency. He advised that he may be able to assist me with a concern and instead of just stating there was nothing he could do, he continued to string me along. The bank manager or assistant manager is extremely Condescending, and immature. The rest of the branch employees are just as rude.
