Very poor customer service. Two staff were standing close by the drive through service window, looked at me, and continued on their conversation. I rang the bell, and one of them turned to point her finger as to say “one moment”. A solid minute passed before she walked to the window and just starred at me. She did not greet me, ask me what I needed, or engage me whatsoever. She audibly huffed when I asked for a pen to fill out the withdraw slip.
Poor customer service
Very disappointed in Webster Bank in Litchfield since its merger with Sterling. Tellers used to be very friendly and helpful. The new supervisor is bossy and disrespectful. I had $4,000 balance in my account, but he would not release funds to me in an emergency because it was "under review." I had mistakenly written a check a month earlier under a closed account, immediately replenished it, but Webster would not give me the undisputed $4,000 in my account pending a "review."
