Worst Bank ever. Do not use this bank. I would give this bank negative stars if I could. My mother had her money in this bank. Every time I give them the papers they request, first they say they never got them, after the second time of them saying they didn’t get them. After I pitched a fit, they found them. I gave them everything they requested and now they want differed papers and everything needs to be notarized. This bank is so bad I looked them up to see if they actually were a bank. I had some major issues with one of my accounts and I encountered an Angel named Roselyn Gomes . She went above and beyond to assist me , for that I'm forever grateful ! I wish they had more employees like her for all others to learn from . Compassion is one of many things we lack in these current times.
