This has been the worst banking experience I’ve had in Wellesley. The branch manager, Mamadou, was unprofessional and did not treat clients with respect. Unfortunately, the staff also seemed unable to provide meaningful assistance when needed. Given these experiences, I’m not surprised the branch is closing. I sincerely hope to encounter better service standards at other institutions in the future.
Worst branch ever. Do not do business with this branch. Rude and horrible. No value for customers. THey charge fees through different ways. Horrible. filed a complaint with attorney general office. if anyone else go through the same problem, please let me know. we can file together
All this bank does is charge fees - I tried to close my account multiple times and instead I just ended up getting charged overdraft fees when I haven't used the account in 5 years. Extremely irritating, and the branch refused to drop the fees - there are certainly better banks in the area that are easier to work with so I would suggest choosing one of those.
