I don’t do much in person banking anymore but this morning I needed to do business inside. 1/2/2024- I’m a long standing customer with Webster- this branch in particular. I walked in and waited in line. One gentleman was being served at the counter. As I’m waiting another older gentleman came in and was filling out some slips behind me. This gentleman was acknowledged by the teller with the short dark hair.( I do not know her name as there were no name signs up) I had not been greeted. As friendly and helpful as you could hope for.
Wonderful. I've had a few bank accounts but this is the first bank I've had where I've had a friendly and lasting friendship, and relationship with the tellers. I go in there just to say hi to them. They know who i am and know about me. There are times i go in without talking about money that's how friendly they are there.
