Worst banking experience of my life. Very unprofessional. I went to withdraw money and ended up getting insulted by the workers there. One of them had blonde spikey hair and the other was an older woman. I refuse to go to this bank. I would rather pay any kind of surcharge fee and use another banks atm. Absolutely the worst branch in New Haven county.
The staff at this branch is incredibly rude. I would strongly suggest doing your banking elsewhere.
I have been a customer for way over 28 years and in that time I have had no problems with Webster Bank until a week ago. The bank decided to merge with Sterling Bank of N.Y. That’s seemed okay until recently when they decided to update their web service platform. One Monday July 24th the bank reopened to web service with not only a new look but with all new security setups.
