Absolute terrible experience as a first time customer. Opened account with them, overextended process (fine!), but no warning that debit cards would take two entire weeks to arrive, cannot have access to or activate digital cards because physical cards haven't arrived yet (after 9 whole days)!
Walked in to open a bank account and the teller didn’t want to serve me because they were short staff with three people working and no one inside. Said I had to book a appointment that’s ridiculous!
