I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. We signed an agreement for a 30% contingency fee, but when the case was resolved, he tried to withhold an additional 3%, claiming the case was “too hard” and “a lot of work.” I had to push just to receive the full amount I was owed under our signed agreement. When I asked for the agreed-upon amount, he responded by saying he’d give it back only if he could deduct it from the compensation I was supposed to receive for my car damages — something we never agreed to.
