Terrible service, mis-filed my federal return. Charged $400 and only offered a $50 credit to try again next next year. No thanks.....
Very friendly and professional service.
I used to have Weber do my taxes for years, but due to the errors made and the growing exorbitant fees, I figured out it would be far more accurate and less costly to do them myself. Mine are not that complex. As other reviewers have noted, it was difficult to tolerate the unprofessional, impolite and seeming incompetence of Meghan, in particular, any longer. If I want mistakes and sub-par customer service for my taxes, I can manage that on my own.
