What’s not to like - bbq’s, gadgets, spices and inspiration. One of the few brands where product durability is a badge not a marketing concept.
If you are looking for the best service of your life, look no further. Jack is the best example of how to treat your customers with providing honest help of which items to pick as well as hospitality. Even at the end I was offered the most amazing pork belly burnt ends as a kind gesture. I felt very valued and taken care of as a customer new to this whole space of bbqs
It's not often you get exceptional customer service, but there is no better term to describe our experience with Jack at the Moore Park store. Extremely knowledgeable about the products in store, friendly and welcoming (even cooked us a steak). Very excited to try our new BBQ!
