Staff is very friendly, always has been. I’m currently bound to this credit union because of a car loan otherwise I would go elsewhere, and possibly still will because my frustrations with their policies have grown so much. My parents bank here and never have their checks held or their debit card flagged and randomly shut off. Ascent has been wonderful to work with. I usually visit the North Ogden branch and everyone there is always kind and efficient. I recently worked with Maria for a loan. She was PHENOMENAL!! Maria took the time to learn about me, my situation and found a product that helps me get to my goal desired. She was compassionate, understanding, willing to listen and explore different options and in the end find a great loan for my needs. Do not use this credit union! They have been so difficult to work with. Andy at the main branch was terrible to work with. It took him over a month to get back to me. Their communication is poor and lack of professionalism from this credit union is astounding. So many reasons I could list here on why you should not use them but I will spare you the details. Do yourself a favor and just don't use this credit union.
