Atm is broken more than it works. Even the nice new atm is broken. What's the point in even having it when people have to go over to America first or mountain America and then back to smiths
My family has been customers here for decades and the staff is always friendly and amazing, but maybe it’s cuz of the economy or whatever but the loan lady Maria when we’ve applied for loans her answer is the underwriting dept won’t do it but we can try she’s never positive or hopeful about anything.
Staff is very friendly, always has been. I’m currently bound to this credit union because of a car loan otherwise I would go elsewhere, and possibly still will because my frustrations with their policies have grown so much. My parents bank here and never have their checks held or their debit card flagged and randomly shut off. Regardless of me ensuring they have my correct contact information, I never receive a call when they do this.
