Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with Webb Transportation and I am sharing that here, to hopefully help someone else avoid the same situation. During the planning process, John was kind and helpful. We talked on the phone and emailed numerous times. We booked their service in November 2024 for our August 2025 wedding. What was advertised sounded great with 2 hours use at the front and back end of the wedding. When it came down to wedding time their communication with us was terrible, it took us 2-3 attempts to reach them constantly, they gave us a time frame that didn’t initially work and we would have to constantly call them back to get answers as this was adding a lot of stress being less than a week before our wedding. Recent airport drop off and pick up. Service was 5 star, driver arrived early despite a 3:00 am pick up, car was clean, driver was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Webb Trans to anyone looking for a reliable car service.

DO NOT USE!! They didn't show up and I never got a refund. This business is a complete disappointment, and potentially a scam. The owner, John, does not care at all about customer service and will just lie to avoid giving a refund. I booked them for my wedding, and the driver never showed up to bring my guests from the hotel to the venue. Day of, their only offer was to get a new driver 30 mins out -- arriving after the wedding was supposed to start.
