Anything but a pleasant experience. The store has a strange layout. Had to explore all three floors as each floor has a mix of items. Forget about getting help. If you do get help, don't expect friendly upbeat staff. Furthermore, the lady that must do the financials sitting behind their customer service area yelled at my kids. They shouldn't have been running, but there is a fine line between asking someone to stop doing something and yelling at them. We walked out without making a purchase and will not be back. Buyer beware!! Bought a recliner from them and after sitting in it for about a week, my back hurt so bad I could hardly walk. I looked at the receipt and at the bottom it says "All claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by this bill." I took the bill and told them I wanted to return the chair and was told they do not allow returns. I was told by the lady at the counter that she would have another person call me and no call. We Didn't have a very good experience. The price that we were given for the (SET) Couch & love seat at the Start. Then a few days after we went back to purchase they told us it is prices per piece, Each piece is a set ? Price double so no purchase.

Initial service, quality of the large showroom, help with finding the right furniture through the staff was rewarding. It all gave the impression that this business was focused on quality customer service. I found a sectional on the showroom floor that I liked but needed the reverse build. On March 3rd, I paid for the sectional in full and was told (after payment) that "it will take 6-8 weeks. At least" 8 weeks afterwards, I called the store, hoping for an update.
