I received good service at the time of purchase except we were not advised they have a no return/refund policy That is unfortunate since many times it is hard to know the piece with only a few minutes trial in store FYI, AFW in Colorado has a nice return policy. Lesson learned.
My fiancé and I walked into the store and immediately made eye contact with several employees. Not a single one of them greeted us, offered help, or even acknowledged we were there. We spent a good amount of time wandering the showroom completely ignored while staff members stood around chatting and looking at us passively. Went above and beyond to help me find the mattress.I was looking for and returned a call in a timely manner.Positive experience
Anything but a pleasant experience. The store has a strange layout. Had to explore all three floors as each floor has a mix of items. Forget about getting help. If you do get help, don't expect friendly upbeat staff. Furthermore, the lady that must do the financials sitting behind their customer service area yelled at my kids. Buyer beware!! Bought a recliner from them and after sitting in it for about a week, my back hurt so bad I could hardly walk. I looked at the receipt and at the bottom it says "All claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by this bill." I took the bill and told them I wanted to return the chair and was told they do not allow returns. I was told by the lady at the counter that she would have another person call me and no call.
