I would no recommend this law firm. I recently sold my house, it seemed the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Funds from the sale of the house took 9 days to receive. I was being told they were waiting for the deed to be recorded and than waiting for the funds to clear. Deed was recorded on closing date per Monroe County 's clerk office. Absolutely, no reason for a cash deal to take so long.
