I have been a loyal customer of Klarna for a little over a year. I have never had a bad experience until today. I received a fraudulent charge on my Klarna card and disputed it a month ago. The dispute went in my favor as of yesterday and then they suspended my account after telling me my account would not be suspended and I could continue using my card.
