Just walked out of WEBB Supply in Elyria today on the 12th of Jan. 2022. It was the WORST customer service experience I have EVER ran across in my ENTIRE LIFE (and I probably spend close to $60K ea yr in Home Depot)!!!!!! Walked in the door and was NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. ( no eye contact, no Hello I’ll be with you shortly, I mean nothing) for at least 10 min. With TWO gentlemen sitting 5’ away at the front desk.
