Placed 2 phone calls was told they are taken on new clients by the receptionist on both occasions. But I have yet to receive a call back and it's been over a week. Apparently company policy is ghosting.
A great company. I haven’t used them for my yearly taxes for years and they are personable, knowledgeable, and professional.
