60 mbs average that constantly disconnects would be okay 10 maybe 20 years ago, unfortunately we live in 2024 where I have to work online and my mom has to clock in at very specifics moments of the day on an app so she has to deal with constant panic whenever the Internet is down near those times. I honestly can't believe they tried charging $80 for this
First time having a Website done decided to use Webratron. And they help me out a lot . The internet connection completely dropped after they installed it. It's been 5 days and they're not answering they're phones or they're messages.
I was with Webatron for 6 1/2 years. Initially, the connections were great. During the last couple of years, I kept having issues after issues with the connections. I actually got tired of calling their office. They were always very courteous over the phone. They either came out to my house or fixed the issue from their office. But, bless their hearts, the issue with bad connections were so constant that I finally opted to go with another company.
