Owner was great to work with and awesome products.
What a great store! Love the shoes, so much I've been back 3 times (I don't live in Alaska!). When I wear the hiking boots, along with my two lace up low shoes, I get so many compliments. The colors/patterns are very unique, Stop by, you won't be disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I love textiles so this was a fun store for me. Their offerings are different from other Alaskan cruise port gift shops and look to be good quality (was told by the shop keeper that they're made locally in Alaska). Ended up with two beautiful pillowcases to remember Alaska by.
Such bad experience. The guy was so unfriendly that made me quite uncomfortable trying out shoes. I ended up buying one but he gave me the wrong size (realized It when we got back). Can’t even return it since we were in Ketchikan for just a few hours as part of our cruise.
