We are working with Weave a long time ago, it's a very trusted, and professional company, and we never had a problem with them, Weave has a great team, they are experts, friendly, and always answered our questions and concerns on time, I was on the two separate phone meetings today with Bailey Boaz and Spencer Griffith for about one hour per each meeting, they both are very professional and nice and I learned a lot of great features they are offering, which will help us a lot in our business. Their platform is nice for phones, texting, and forms, but pricing is high compared to other companies for what you get. Their customer service is ranked very poor on other forums, and I have to agree with what everyone says. Do not do the annual billing plan. Insist on the monthly plan as it gives you leverage when things don’t work right and you haven’t already paid. They do not make cancelling easy.
