My name/contact info is somehow in a demo environment of theirs and it won’t stop sending me appointment reminders when I don’t have any appointments. If I block/report as spam they come from other numbers.

Very frustrated with Weave. We're a small mental health clinic, and have been using them as our texting service for a year (we have an existing phone service we are happy with). We had automated messages as part of our plan, and then a few weeks later, it was taken away. We contacted them and were told that it wasn't part of our plan. A short time later, they stated this was a mistake, and they added it back on, stating that it actually WAS a part of the plan.
