Beware.. If you purchase furniture from this store and it has a lifetime warranty through the manufacture, after 1 year this store will not help you with the claim. The manufacture can not file a claim for you because they do not have a licences to sell direct to the public, so all claims have to be filed from the store where purchased . When you call the store for help,This store WILL NOT file a claim on your behalf after the one year. Basically the manager Jay told me I was screwed.. And in his words .. we bought a couch and love seat about a year ago and had nothing but trouble with them.the love seat was taken back to be fixed 2 time and the couch once now the material is coming apart and because I have miss placed our receipt they wont do any thing about it.i will never shop in that store again.we paid $1300 in cash and you would think they would stand by there furniture.we are both in our 70s and no way can buy more furniture. o rating on this store

I purchased a sofa set thier little over a yr ago. Thier acceptance now in store was very deceptive on explication of payments and now my parents both sick are paying over 5,000 on a sofa that was 14000. Each payment of 170 only 15 dollars if that goes to the actual payment! Upon purchase it was not explained this way we were told we could pay it off in simple payment n were counting on paying if off in 3 months instead we are stuck.
