New owners. Beware. They have someone answering their phones saying they have stock and will call you right back, but then they claim they have no phones. 5 cop cars last week were in the yard helping with the “transition.” No voice mail or notice on their website saying they have no stain right now. I drove all the way out here and the customer service is terrible. Such a shame-was a great company before.

They have good quality cedar boards. And provide excellent service.
Ordered 2 gates. Was told 2-3 weeks max. Been 3 weeks and no gates. When I called to find out when they’d be ready the girl at the counter had no answer for me. Told me that she would find out and call me back. Didn’t call when she said she would….i called back. Still no answer. Was told again that she would find out the status of the gates and call me. No call.
