Never had any problems here. Store is neat and clean - items seem to be handpicked for gentle wear. More boutique-y than thrift store, employees (owner?) always helpful and polite. Consign here as well - tried other places but they didnt move my merchandise as quickly. I highly recommend to friends and family.
Great Shop-Love it! This is a great shop, I live in Winchester and I go to this one and they also have a shop in Charles Town which is a bigger. I always find great things here. They seem to be really selective aboout what they take so everything is really clean, name brands, great prices. Last time I was there I got a 4 piece Gymboree set for my neice for $16. Worst experience! Owner is very rude, bad customer service skills! Biggest rip off store keeps more than half of your sales!
