I regret moving to WS. Transfers are handled very poorly. The money is deducted from the sending bank immediately, yet the deposit still takes 5–7 business days to complete. That means your funds are stuck in limbo for nearly a week. The Premium membership messaging, especially the “up to $250,000” claim, also felt misleading and did not match my expectations. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Slow transfers, poor transparency, and misleading benefit presentation. I would not recommend WS.

Very concerning security issue. Someone was able to open a bank account using my email address without my consent, and I began receiving account emails for an account I never created. This shows a serious failure in their verification and privacy protections. A bank should never allow accounts to be opened without properly confirming identity.
