I must say, this is one of the worst RRSP companies ever. Fees for withdrawal are insanely high considering A Lenders. Their returns are fairly low especially on a high risk portfolio. Yearly return on Scotiabank was better even on a moderate risk portfolio. Worst is hearing from the customer support that I had a 1 year no questions asked withdrawal and any other would require question and admin approval. I am sick and tired of your ads. I don't know who is managing them but seriously it is so annoying to watch the same ad 20 times a day specially the one with the girl talking about WS trade for student loan. I am sick and tired of your brand now. If there was a chance to use your product in my life your ads removed that possibility. It is working against your brand.
Don't transfer your account from a different institution, they don't make anything easy
Been investing with them for about 5 years, and I'm less then impressed, I'm pretty sure their AI stock picking strategy is throwing darts at the Financial Times.
Customer support does NOT exist when you have issues with transfers.
