Ruby is the worst accountant I have come across. Very unprofessional! She had my file for over 3 months and kept ignoring my calls and emails… Every time i call she had a new excuse and at the end she said she does not know how to lodge tax returns for me because I have traded crypto currency and stocks, according to her the calculations are very complicated. Don’t go to them It’s a waste of time. I’d give no stars if it was an options They should close the shop!
