I've tried several times to transfer to transfer money from my TFSA and buy a GIC, but the customer service is so bad and the forms are so sketchy looking that I honestly don't feel comfortable doing it anymore. Just bad experience
Honestly, considering that they're online registration is not fully automated (need to receive an email from a representative to open an account), they're pretty good. At the time of writing, they have the highest GIC rate, and if you set up your EFTs right, there are no transfer fees...Overall, a very good option if you do your research.

Wealth One offers very competitive gic rates. Customer service is a bit slow, I do feel their staff are knowledgeable and care about customers needs. Their service fees are high so, so do take that into consideration.
