Absolutely terrible. Please don't waste your time. I submitted all the documents and went through the long registration process. I asked for pre-approval because I was moving to another town and wanted to have something to go into straight away. Tim didn't even get me pre approval and just kept saying that pre-approvals go to the bottom of the pile. Every pre approval I've ever seen has taken 2 days.
