Cannot stress enough you shouldn't use this company. They're completely disorganized and no one who works there seems to know what's going on. They'll charge you surprise fees or tell you to send in extra paperwork with 6 hours notice or pay a fine. The people on the phone clearly haven't been trained and whatever script they read from doesn't make sense. FALSELY FILES TAXES. FRAUD. SCAMMED $19k FROM ME AND WAS CAUGHT This company falsely filed my taxes. I opened a fraud investigation with the IRS. They then lied and claimed their software was hacked. When they fraudulently filed my taxes they attempted to route a check for $19k to an electronic account. THE IRS flagged it and ended up mailing me a hard copy check. If I had not received that hard copy check I never would have known that this FRAUD company was SCAMMING me out of my return and trying to steal $19k from me. Ever... read more

By far the best CPA experience (and one of the general professional experiences) I've ever had. This team goes above and beyond, helping to proactively prepare me to best position myself each year to handle both personal and business taxes in a manner that allows me to maximize my gains and minimize my losses. It's the CPA service that I've been looking for for a decade and, thankfully, have finally found after burning through ~10 or so others. Can't recommend this team, and Ebere, highly enough!

So I am literally in front of the office building spoke with a girl at the front desk yesterday to make an appt, she took down my first and last name phone number and email. She then told me I will receive an email with different scheduling dates that I can choose from. I waited and never got an email; I wake up this morning drive here. Doors are locked I pressed 206 on the pad no answer. I then call and she proceeds to tell me "she can schedule me over the phone" after she is made aware that I am downstairs and came to sche... read more
