Robbie is a great guy who really lets you know he cares about what he does. I especially like his personalized You Tube videos describing in detail about the history of the phone you sent him to restore, what might be wrong with it and exactly what he is going to do to restore it and why - all fees up front and explained. I have used his services to restore two 1907s and he keeps helping after the restore to set it up and iron out the details to make it look right as working restoration! Robbie does an absolutely exceptional job restoring vintage phones. He helped me locate a phone that was built the same year as our home, and sent not just photos but *videos* so I could see it and the stain options. He packaged it carefully for shipping, so nothing was damaged, and we have an incredible piece of history that will look amazing in our house -- just as soon as I can figure out how to hang it up!
