Lia prepared a basic divorce for me, which my husband refused to sign. I understand that these matters are nonrefundable; I have a cousin who needed paperwork, and asked her to apply some sort of credit to her papers. She only offered 10%, which is insulting. I spoke with Lea regarding a $435 money order I left for court fees that were never used. She informed me that the money order was mailed to my residence and, when the envelope was returned, she unilaterally decided to destroy the money order without making any attempt to contact me by phone or email. Lea justified her actions by stating that she has been in the business for 23 years and believed there was a risk of theft. This explanation is unacceptable. LEA did an excellent and quick service on my estate paperwork. Had several properties to include and the little tedious matters that saved me time and money. Lawyers these days want to charge literaly an arm and a leg. Then, referred her to do my parents and again, all done effeciently and professionally.
