horrible service. our taxes were left unfiled after processing for a month and a half, and not even a phone call to let us know why. It turns out they changed their process for filing and billing without letting anyone know. In these times every penny matters, so it was really disappointing to not be able to get our $3,000 refund on time and have to take out another loan for tuition. Incredibly disappointing.
