I recently joined Space BAR Wellness for cold plunges and had an amazing first experience. The head coach, Miguel, did a fantastic job walking me through everything and making sure I felt comfortable from the start. He took the time to coach my breathing and clearly explain what to expect, which made a huge difference during the plunge. Recently went to this establishment. Had 3 memorable inconveniences in my experience with it. I booked the moon suite for $70 and was confused about the guest option. I was confused if the $70 fee was for the booking of the suite and if my partner needed to pay as well. I am NOT a member by the way, so this "guest" verbiage is already confusing to begin with.
