Complete incompetence. They ignored the guidance I provided including time, location, pictures. They wasted three trials exactly where I told them not to go which means that they never looked at the information. They were more concerned about being paid than doing a good work. I had a terrible experience! They don’t even deserve one star.
Paid for a “Priority Service 1-3 Days” ended up taking 2 weeks. Don’t know what’s going on in that office that they managed to mix up my case with another. Also took an extra 8 days just to email me an affidavit. Will never use this company again.
