Blatant daylight robbery. Took my laptop in with a BIOS issue, expecting some level of expertise or at least an honest attempt to help. Instead, they did absolutely nothing but remove the back cover and screw it back on — and then had the nerve to charge me £20. No fix. No diagnosis. No communication. Not very good. Went in to explain a problem I was having with my Xbox not starting, with my xbox in hand so he could take a look, but I was told straight away from my description that it was a motherboard issue and so it would cost too much to repair, might aswell buy a new one... Then, I gave it as scrap to my girlfriends tech smart brother and he diagnosed the problem quickly after opening it up and fixed it within a few days, just needed a new part for the power supply!
