I am very disappointed with this clinic. Even though I explained that my insurance covers the full cost, they kept calling me and demanding I put my credit card information online. I’ve been to many other places, and this is the first time I’ve had this problem. Because I refused to give my card details, they canceled my appointment just a few hours before it was supposed to happen. This was very disrespectful. Had an RMT massage yesterday at the Guildford clinic. How can I get in touch with the owner or manager? I have complaints about how the session was handled. I have bruises on the front & back of my legs. I was not asked at the start about the intensity. She said she goes hard on new clients as most of her clients prefer deep tissue massages. I ask to lower the pressure but it stayed the same. I have pictures and a video of my bruises. I’m a 60 y.o. petite asian woman.
Michael is such a great RMT. Not only is he knowledgeable and does an excellent job, he is really wonderful at making you feel comfortable. Especially as a woman who can feel vulnerable going in for a massage, he makes sure you feel completely comfortable.

Aside from the therapy itself, the staff here are experts at their specialties. Getting treatment is great, and going home with an understanding of how the body works and what to do for yourself in between sessions makes it that much better. Highly recommended.
