Let me just first say that their customer service is fantastic. I paid for something at the fair and in some hurry and confusion I happened to leave my bag on their stand. No need to go into a ton of detail, but a quick email asking if they happened to have found it and they went above and beyond to make it right. As for the nuts? They're great!
