Great customer service .
We purchased the Lounge suite from Beds Are Us two years ago after 1 year of use the recliner break down won’t lift up and now the whole lounge is basically falling apart not happy with the amount of money I spent on the Lounge suite, I would not recommend Beds Are Us , sorry I didn’t mention I purchased it from regional Town and I have the receipt to prove it was from Beds Are Us
Brought a lounge sweet 18 months ago for over 6 months have been trying to get the recliner fixed and they said the part was coming but never made (in fairness I should have chased harder) but have left msg and now you ring and cant even leave a msg as the msg bank is full. Just trying to find out where it was made as I can’t find anything on it for the company name. Was told would get a call back still waiting and still waiting now have a useless side of couch can’t even use. Going by other reviews some people have had same... read more
