As an ex-serviceman who has moved across Australia 28 times over the course of my career, I have experienced the very bad and not-so bad of removals. Had a removal from Adelaide to Brisbane and I can honestly say it was the worst experience I have ever experienced, and we move a lot! over 70 items broken or severely damaged, and 2 boxes 'lost'. Boxes packed incorrectly leading to several collapses within the container causing extensive damage and dangerous unload conditions for the delivery team in Brisbane. We recently relocated from the Adelaide Hills to Clare but needed our belongings stored for 3 months as well. The Hughes team did a fantastic job both in packing and unpacking and communications throughout were excellent. I can't recommend them enough.
