Ivan and his workers did a wonderful job cleaning out my mom’s house, basement, and garage. The initial estimate came very close to the final price. Ivan was great about calling with an estimated time of arrival, very reliable. Everyone was polite and friendly. I will definitely be calling them again when I’m ready to clean out my house too and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs this service. 100% satisfied customer!

Needed a crew to completely clear out my uncle’s house after his passing. I was put in touch with Ivon and after I called he was over within an hour to assess and give an estimate. Very reasonable I wanna add considering the amount of work to be done. He and his crew started the next day and they finished within 2 1/2 days. They exceeded my expectations!
